Coupon Refunds
- Customers can apply for a refund directly from the order page on www.travellerscart.com within the coupon validity period. Once a coupon is used, it cannot be refunded.
- After submitting a coupon refund request, our team will review it within 1–2 business days. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 1–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
- If payment is successful but the coupon is not issued due to a technical issue, the system will automatically initiate a refund.
- For flight ticket refunds, a cancellation or service fee may apply for unused tickets. The exact fee will depend on the airline's refund policy and the ticket provider's terms.
- Once a flight refund request is submitted, it will be reviewed within 1–2 business days. After approval, the refund will be processed within 7–60 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 180 days from the payment date. Refunds cannot be processed for transactions older than 180 days.
- No refund will be provided for expired coupons.

Flight Ticket Refunds
- If a flight ticket purchase fails and the ticket is not issued, we will provide a full refund.
- For successfully issued tickets, refunds will be processed according to the airline’s refund policy.
Coupon Cancellations
- Coupon purchases cannot be canceled once the payment is successfully completed.
- If you wish to cancel an unused coupon order, you may apply for a refund within the coupon validity period as per the Coupon Refund Policy.
Flight Ticket Cancellations
- Flight tickets can be canceled only before the scheduled departure time, subject to the airline’s cancellation policy.
- Cancellation fees or service charges may apply, depending on the airline and ticket provider’s terms.
- If a flight booking is canceled, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with the Flight Ticket Refund Policy.
General Conditions
- We reserve the right to cancel any order or booking in case of fraudulent activity, payment disputes, or technical errors.
- In such cases, any applicable refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method.
