- Helicopter seats for the Katra-Sanjichhat sector are limited and allocated by the Shrine Board; advance booking is essential.
- A Yatra registration slip (RFID card) is mandatory for all pilgrims.
- Warm clothing is recommended, especially in winter months.

- Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment as specified at the time of booking.
- Full payment must be cleared before the yatra begins.
- Helicopter operations are entirely weather-dependent; TravellersCart is not liable for delays, rescheduling or cancellations caused by weather, air traffic control or government regulation.
- In case of weather cancellation, the yatra will be rescheduled to the next available slot as per the helicopter operator's policy; refunds, where applicable, follow the operator's cancellation terms.
- Cancellations initiated by the traveller are subject to the applicable cancellation slab communicated at the time of booking.
- Itinerary sequence, halt points and timings may be modified by the operator based on operational or safety requirements.
